About

This 1-day workshop will bring together some of the leading thinkers on the study of consciousness, and its intersection with artificial intelligence (AI) and neuroscience. With an interdisciplinary mix of researchers spanning computer science, neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy, the goal of this workshop is to trace out the links between higher-order cognition and consciousness, and their implementation in neural networks, both biological and artificial, and what these links could mean for human society.
